Cheap Summer: Free Children’s Hilltop Theater Festival at Miller Outdoor July 21-24
IT’S A BONANZA WEEK for free children’s fun at Miller Outdoor Theatre! The annual Children’s Hilltop Festival kicks off July 21 with different children’s theater performances each morning Tuesday through Friday. Performances begin at 11 a.m. each day. Here’s a run-down of the schedule:
July 21 — Kian Long, Texas Pioneer (story about the slave and lifelong companion of Jane Long, Texas’ first white women settler)
July 22 — Asian Treasures (an anthology of ancient tales from Asia)
July 23 — Three Billy Goats Gruff (musical production about the classic story of the goats and troll)
July 24 — Alice in Wonderland (new musical adaptation)
