Free Childhood Immunizations in November for Birth to 18 Years

NINE VANS ARE TRAVELING TEXAS to ensure children receive the necessary childhood vaccinations they need.  The Care Van Program, sponsored through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, conducts free immunization outreach clinics in the communities where at-risk families live and work.  This is a great program considering one in four children in Texas do not have the appropriate childhood vaccines.  These events are open to the public from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. on the dates listed below. Occasionally the flu vaccines are available, but the clinic focuses on providing basic childhood immunizations. Families are asked to bring shot records.  Here is the Care Van’s November schedule in Houston:
