Free Meals to Honor Veterans 11/11 – 11/16

A variety of Houston area restaurants are honoring veterans and active duty military for Veteran’s Day. Be sure to confirm the date for the freebie!  The free entrees are November 11 and November 16 depending on the restaurant.

Applebee’s — free entree for all active military and veterans on Veteran’s Day, November 11, from 11 a.m. to midnight.  Choose from six different entrees from a special menu.  Military must show military ID or wear their uniform to get this deal.  Find the Applebee’s location nearest you here.

Outback Steakhouse — free Bloomin Onion® and beverage for all veterans and active duty military on Wednesday, November 11.  Just show proof of military service.  Find Houston area locations here.

Golden Corral — free meal to anyone who has served in the U.S. armed forces. The meal is Monday, November 16, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Web site says it’s good at all Golden Corrals across the country, but it’s always a good idea to call and verify. You can use the restaurant locator to find your closest one.
