Thanks so much Houston on The Cheap for this. I called this morning and made my appointment. I was shocked that you can get more than one wax for free (not including tips). I was offered another complimentary service but declined. Can’t wait to go!

I will never return. If u are modest, bring your own robe, they have nothing to cover you. Sloppy, inexperienced technician (cant remember her name but she has pretty, red hair, long & curly). I left with large patches of hair on several parts of my legs and purple wax on my legs. I asked if there was a product that I could purchase to remove the wax and I was told that I could wash off with soap and water at home. A free service is given to encourage a client to return- NOT GONNA HAPPEN. My legs look like a puzzle with missing pieces. If you are going try them out, ask for a well trained experienced Tech.

This place is wonderful…I usually go to the nail salons but i figured id try out european wax center since they were offering free waxes. I went on Saturday to get a brazilian and eyebrow…the staff there are great(you must remember that the girls there are in training and are doing the best they can, Yvette…you went during TRAINING week plus you received a FREE wax)…the customer service there was superb. When I actually went in with the waxer, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed…she also kept my mind at ease when it came to the pain…it wasnt bad at all. Just the atmosphere there keeps your mind away from any pain you might feel. Also they use this awesome wax that doesnt pull at the skin like the honey wax does at the nail salons. Plus they have these awesome packages for anybody…if you dont wax alot..theres a package…if you wax once every 3 weeks, theres a package. I love this place and will reccomend it to all my friends!!!
