Free Outdoor Movie Thursdays at Discovery Green Through January 14

CATCH A HOLIDAY FAVORITE on the big outdoor screen for Discovery Green’s Silver Blades on the Silver Screen. Each Thursday through January 14, folks can watch a free outdoor movie on the stage overlooking the ice rink. Sponsor MIX 96.5 let its listeners pick the movie choice for this week — and the winning movie selection is “Elf” starring Will Ferrell. The movie kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, December 10. Discovery Green, 1500 McKinney, in downtown Houston.
