According to Money Saving Mom, participants sometimes receive gift cards as a thank you for completing e-mail surveys. Sign up as a Jamba Insider by clicking Email Sign Up in top left corner to get to the online form. Then check the box near the bottom to participate in the consumer research panel. That’s weird. I linked to the direct page but it sends to the home page. In top left corner, click Email Sign Up to get to the Jamba Insider form.

Thanks Vicki… My screens is small, so once I scrolled to the left I was able to locate the icon in the top right corner
I just signed up! Thank you for your daily list of Houston events that are gentle on my purse

You have to sign up for the e-mail list on their main page, and once you type in your e-mail, the opportunity to become a Jamba insider pops up. I think it stays hidden until then. I just completed mine.
