While you’re not allowed to check out books, it’s one of the best places to read in Houston! As one of the best places to study in Houston, you can opt for a 4-hour use carrel or an open carrel that’s first-come-first-serve. If you need to print out any study materials, you can print documents as long as you have a Cougar Card.
