For fun things to do in Houston today, join the Houston Día de los Muertos Parade, a vibrant celebration of life and death. This year’s fourth annual event is open to everyone. Enjoy live music, a thrilling procession, delicious food, and tons of fun activities. The parade kicks off on Bagby and Lamar, so don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience!

Day of the Dead at Axelrad

Get ready for a party! Axelrad Beer Garden is hosting a Dia de los Muertos celebration that’s not to be missed. Enjoy live mariachi music, and exciting wrestling matches, and browse the vibrant Mercado. Throughout October, you can also admire the beautiful Dia de los Muertos offering. It’s fun for all ages until 8 pm, and 21+ after that.

Join Da Gama’s second annual Diwali Night Market for a night of warmth and wonder. Explore a vibrant marketplace filled with unique treasures from local vendors and get your hands painted with intricate henna designs.

Enjoy the vibrant energy of Bharatha Darshana School of Indian Classical Dance & Music and Indian Music Society of Houston’s Tabla School. Plus, explore the resources and services offered by local community organizations. Registration is recommended but not required.
