It’s no secret that Houston is growing. We’ve already become the fourth most populous city in the U.S. and there’s no sign of stopping. Luckily, all of that growth means some of the nation’s top developers are eyeing Houston for brand new communities offering the best of what Texas has to offer. One of the latest new communities to be developed is Meritage Homes’ Spring Brook Village, a 900-home community flanked by lakes and a park space. To welcome potential homebuyers and neighbors to this new community, Spring Brook Village is hosting a block party this Saturday, August 18. Who doesn’t love a good block party?
Spring Brook Village is inviting the public to come tour six new model homes and enjoy some free food and fun at their grand opening block party this weekend. There will be gourmet popsicles, sweet and savory eats from a local food truck, and even a beer truck on hand pouring cold microbrews from a Houston brewery.
“If you’re interested in a new home in the Spring Branch area, the block party is the perfect time to visit the community and perhaps talk with a sales representative,” said Kyle Davison, Division President for Meritage Homes in Houston. “Homes are selling in Spring Brook Village at a brisk pace, and there is limited availability in this first phase. You’ll want to pick your homesite soon.”
41 townhomes, 46 patio homes, and 28 executive homes have already been constructed in this new community, but many more are slated for construction in the 115-acre community. All homes are outside of the 500-year flood plain and start in the $270s for townhomes, $330s for patio homes, and low $400s for the executive homes which range from 1,719 square feet to 2,442 square feet.
Spring Brook Village’s block party will be held 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in their new community along Gessner Road near Clay Road. For more information visit https://www.meritagehomes.com.
