Applebee’s

Diners aged 60 and over may be eligible for a senior discount at Applebee’s. The discount amount varies by location and may require verification with a Golden Apple Card. It’s recommended to call your nearest Applebee’s to confirm their senior discount policy.


Ben & Jerry’s

For those ages 60+, select Ben & Jerry’s locations offer a senior discount of 10% off.


Cici’s Pizza

Customers can find discounts at many Cici’s locations. However, as most Cici’s restaurants are franchised, deals will vary depending on the branch. IHOP

Diners aged 55 and over can savor delicious IHOP classics at an exceptional value with the special 55+ menu, available all day long.


Outback Steakhouse

A valid AARP membership card earns customers 10% off their entire check. For online orders, choose “Pay at Restaurant” and present your AARP membership card upon pickup to receive the discount at that time.


Subway

Subway locations are individually owned and operated, but it never hurts to ask! Many Subway locations offer a 10% discount to seniors.


Wendy’s

Customers over 55 can enjoy a 10% discount at Wendy’s. Since offers may vary by location, it is recommended to inquire before placing an order.

On Tuesdays, seniors age 60 or better receive a 10% discount on donated merchandise.


JOANN

Kohl’s

On Wednesdays, Kohl’s stores offer a 15% discount on qualifying purchases to customers aged 60 or better.


Michael’s

Customers aged 65 and over receive a 10% discount on their entire purchase, including sale items. They can register through their Michaels Rewards account to use the senior discount online and in-store every day.


Walgreen’s

Walgreens is offering a discount of 20% on eligible regular-priced items online from June 30th to July 6th. Use code SENIOR20 at checkout to redeem the discount. sent to your email!


Entertainment Senior Discounts in Houston

Alley Theater

The Alley Theatre offers discounted tickets to patrons aged 65 and over. For these patrons, tickets are $29 for off-peak performances (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturday matinees, and Sunday evenings) and $35 for peak performances (Friday and Saturday evenings, Sunday matinees, Opening Nights). Senior discounted seats are in the A and B Seating areas.


AMC Theaters

AMC offers senior discounts on movie tickets every day of the week. Customers aged 60 and over can enjoy these savings by selecting “senior pricing” during online checkout.


Bayou Bend Collections & Garden (MFAH)

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) offers discounted admission for seniors (ages 65 and over with valid ID). Seniors can choose from various options: Highlights Tour & Self-Guided House Tour for $11, Study Tour for $13.50, or Gardens Only for $6.


Buffalo Soldiers National Museum

Buffalo Soldiers National Museum offers discounted admission for seniors. At just $5, senior tickets are half the price of the regular admission fee of $10.


Cinemark Theaters

Children’s Museum Houston

Visitors aged 65 and over receive a discounted ticket price of $17.95 at Children’s Museum Houston.


Downtown Aquarium

Senior citizens (age 65+) receive $14.99 admission at Downtown Aquarium.


Houston Holocaust Museum

Holocaust Museum Houston offers discounted admission of $10 for seniors aged 65 and over. General admission for adults is $15.


Houston Museum of Fine Art

The museum offers a variety of discounts, including a senior discount for visitors aged 65 and over. General admission is $24, but seniors can enjoy a reduced rate of $20.


Houston Museum of Natural Science

The museum boasts a wealth of exhibits and activities, but potential visitors should be aware of the admission cost. General admission for adults stands at a hefty $25. Seniors aged 62 and over can enjoy a discounted rate of $16.


Houston Zoo

Senior visitors aged 65 and over can enjoy discounted admission to the Houston Zoo. These tickets are available for purchase online only, with a 20% discount automatically applied at checkout. Be advised that tickets cannot be purchased on-site at the zoo.


Kemah Fantasea

The Kemah Boardwalk offers free entry for all visitors. However, a yacht tour around the harbor costs $29 per adult. Fortunately, Fantasea Yacht Charters provides a discount for seniors aged 55 and above. With their $5 discount, seniors can enjoy the yacht tour for only $24.


Regal Cinemas

Seniors get a discount at Regal Cinemas nationwide! Regular admission is $11.75 per person, seniors pay just $11.


Space Center Houston

The Johnson Space Center is one of the greatest attractions in the Houston area, but admission comes with a hefty price tag. Seniors aged 65 and older can take advantage of a discount. Regular admission is $29.95, while Seniors pay just $27.95.
