Bayou City Arts Festival
The Bayou City Houston Art Festival is poised to erupt in a vibrant display of artistic talent once again, as a celebration of all things art, showcasing a diverse array of works from hundreds of skilled creatives across the nation. It also serves as a significant fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting six local non-profit organizations: ArtReach, fresh Arts, Pink Bows Foundation, Second Servings, The Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and Miller Outdoor Theatre.
Bayou City Art Festival 2024 Featured Artist
Karina Llergo, a Chicago-based mixed-media artist, is the star of this year’s Bayou City Arts Festival! Llergo breathes life into figures, using dance, air, and water to create stunning, dreamlike images that capture the human form’s energy and soul. Don’t miss her unique creations at the festival!

You must pre-purchase tickets online here to enter the festival! There won’t be any physical tickets available, so buy your tickets today to be used on either day of the festival, Saturday the 23rd or Sunday the 24th!

Remember that there is no on-site parking for the festival! However, there is VIP Parking at 900 Bagby St, Houston, TX 77002! You can also park near your preferred entrance gates:
- The Blue Gate: Located near the intersection of Bagby Street and McKinney Street
- The Green Gate: Located near the intersection of Bagby Street and Dallas Street
- The Orange Gate: Located on Allen Parkway just west of Sabine Street.
About Bayou City Art Festival
Since the founding of the Westheimer Art Festival, now known as the Bayou City Art Festival, the Art Colony Association, Inc. has raised close to $4 million for local nonprofit programs from the proceeds of its festivals. Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in the fall has provided a venue for more than 20,000 artists to showcase their work to thousands of art lovers from all over the world. The festivals are funded in part by grants from corporate sponsorships, private contributions, in-kind support, and volunteer assistance.
