Houston’s Buffalo Bayou Park is one of the most picturesque outdoor spaces in the city, offering miles of trails, scenic views of the bayou, and plenty of green space for outdoor activities.
Beyond being a daytime destination, it is also a favorite nighttime stop, especially during events that showcase creative and colorful nighttime installations.
And on April 1, 2023, another wonderful installation is happening, and the park will come to life after dark with Night Light!
Houston’s Buffalo Bayou Partnership and Aurora Picture Show are proud to present Night Light, a free annual event showcasing video art along the Buffalo Bayou East trails.
Chap Edmonson, Jamie Robertson, and Input Output have created stunning video installations that will be shown along a half-mile stretch of waterfront trails. Visitors can enjoy these unique works of art as they stroll through the park, taking in the sights and sounds of Buffalo Bayou Night Light!
