Burger King

Want a Whopper this Thanksgiving? Many Burger King locations will be open, but hours may vary.

Fish Tales

Open regular hours. 3-course Thanksgiving meal for $39 per person.

Cafe Canela

We called. They are open from 7 am to 3 pm.

Golden Corral

Open with special Thanksgiving menu (hours may be limited).

Huli Huli Hut

Closed on November 20 but open for regular hours this Thanksgiving.

IHOP

We called locations in Houston and were told that all IHOPs are open. But best to verify!

Jack in the Box

Open according to their site, but they also ask you to confirm at your specific location of interest.

Joe’s Crab Shack

Full menu is available at all locations.

Landry’s Prime Seafood and Steaks

Full Holiday Buffet. $55 for adults, $25 for kids

Rainforest Cafe Galveston

Open 11 am to 8 pm

Saltgrass Steakhouse

Open 11 am to 4 pm

Seawall Cuisine

Open from 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Spend $38 and get free edamame, $58 and get a free order of spicy tuna rolls, and $88 to get a free serving of sesame chicken.

Starbucks

Most Starbucks locations will be open over the holiday, but the hours can vary depending on “business and customer needs,” according to Starbucks.

Varies by location. We called a couple of places and got mixed results. Better to call ahead.

Was open from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm in 2022.

Galveston Bagel Company

Thanksgiving hours in 2023 were from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Galvez Bar and Grill

Offered Thanksgiving Brunch in 2022 from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm.

Hearsay on the Strand

In 2023, they were open and offered a classic Turkey dinner and Cranberry Pecan Salmon.

Island Time Bar & Grill

Open in 2023 from 6:00 pm – 2:00 am with karaoke, all-night Happy Hour, and food truck specials.

Jimmy’s on the Pier

Was open on Thanksgiving Day from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm in 2019.

MarMo Cafe & Lounge
