1. Health Museum Houston Free Day

Like many other museums across the city, the Houston Health Museum is always free on Thursdays from 2:00 to 7:00 pm. This is a great way to experience this museum without spending a dime, but do note that it will likely be pretty busy during these free hours as others want to take advantage of them too! 2. Get the Little Ones in Free or Cheap
If you have kids, you don’t have to worry about spending a lot to get them into the museum. Admission is free for children two years old and younger. Children ages 3-12 also get Houston Health Museum discount tickets for just $10 per child.
4. Seniors Get in Cheap, Too
The Health Museum also offers discounts for seniors ages 65 and up. All seniors can get in for $10, a 20% off discount from regular admission. Just make sure you have your ID on hand to prove you qualify for these Houston Health Museum discount tickets.

Aside from those discounts, the Houston Health Museum is always free for members. The museum is a Smithsonian Affiliated Museum, so museum members have access to exclusive learning opportunities like free one-year subscriptions to Smithsonian Magazine, free admission to other Smithsonian museums, 10% off all Smithsonian Folkways Recordings, and 10% of all IMAX tickets at the Smithsonian. There are several membership levels starting at $30 for individuals and $85 for family memberships good for up to five individuals.

The Houston Health Museum is located at 1515 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX 77004.
