The 2014 Houston Modern Home Tour Saturday, September 20, allows Houstonians to explore seven modern homes throughout Houston that exude modern architecture and living. Folks can visit with the homeowners about their modern home and talk to the architects about their inspiration. Some of the neighborhoods include Hedwig Village, Greater Heights, and University Place. The tour is a self-paced, self-driving tour available 11 am – 4 pm.

Lawndale Art Center is the nonprofit beneficiary for the third year. $5 of each admission goes to Lawndale to help fulfill its mission of bringing contemporary art to the masses.
