Monarch

Monarch is a sky bar Houston that’s popular because of its refined New American fare, extensive wine list, and rooftop terrace. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can grab some Volcano Salt Garlic Fried and the Crispy Sesame Pork Belly Tacos.

The Tuna Poke is simply perfection but you can also get the Renaissance Farms Roasted Chicken for yourself here!

Located in a more eclectic area of Houston, Sunset has a relaxed and inviting vibe, with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating.  There’s also a rooftop terrace, which is a great place to enjoy the views of the city. We love the Eado Sunset and Biarritz Sunset with its French 75 Tanqueray Rangpur Gin, honey, hibiscus, lemon, and sparkling wine.


Pool Deck Cafe

Pool Deck Cafe is one of the downtown rooftop bars that’s a great place to enjoy a meal, drinks, and the outdoors.  The cafe has a relaxed and inviting vibe, with plenty of seating and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. From the Pool Dining Menu, we’d suggest trying out the Soft Baked Pretzel and Veggie Burger!


77 Degrees
